Causes :

Primary Headache : Cluster headache, tension headache, migraine, skipping meals, stress, intake of alcohol, lack of sleep, or changes in sleep patterns.

Secondary Headache : Acute sinusitis, dehydration, hypertension, brain tumor, blood clot in the brain, and spinal headache.

Treatment Description
  • Shirodhara : Shirodhara is a therapeutic procedure in which medicated oil, milk, buttermilk, or herbal decoction (kwatha) is poured in a continuous stream over the forehead in a specific and rhythmic manner.

    Nasyam : Nasyam is one of the most important treatments for Urdhvajatrugata Vyadhi (diseases affecting the head and neck region). The medicine is administered through the nose, where it reaches the head region and helps eliminate the doshas that cause disease.
